Description
Description
A little taste of the Mediterranean, carved in green. This vintage olive oil jar linocut art print shows a classic olive oil vessel rendered in a timeless block-print style, with textured details and deep green ink that give it an authentic, handcrafted feel.
The rich green against warm beige is simple, earthy and quietly elegant, evoking rustic farmhouse kitchens, sun-warmed groves and long, lazy lunches. It is a lovely piece of linocut kitchen wall art and a stylish nod to gourmet essentials, perfect for anyone drawn to Mediterranean decor or vintage-style food prints.
Where it fits
Hang it in the kitchen above a cutting board or beside open shelves lined with oils, herbs and ceramics. It also feels at home in a dining nook, bringing a rustic warmth to the table, and in a living room for a subtle foodie accent. Pair it with terracotta, stoneware jugs, linen napkins, olive branches and natural wood. It looks especially good grouped with other green linocut-style prints for a calm, cohesive collection. It comes unframed or in a black, white or light wood frame, and light wood feels perfectly rustic. A thoughtful gift for home cooks, Italian and Greek food lovers, anyone planning a holiday to the Med, printmaking fans and friends who never travel without bringing back a bottle of good oil.
