Most packages are delivered 3-4 business days after the order has been placed and confirmed - an estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been printed, carefully packaged, and scanned for delivery, we update your order details with tracking information. In most cases, you can conveniently track your orders online, giving you real-time visibility into their status.

Quality Guarantee: Quality control is of paramount importance to us. We understand that various factors can influence the color, consistency, and final result of printed products. These factors include machine types, settings, paper types, humidity levels, and machine maintenance. While achieving 100% consistency in printing is challenging due to the chemical nature of the process, we strive to come as close to perfection as possible. Lost or Missing Packages: In the rare event that your package goes missing or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to send a replacement order to ensure you receive your items.

Insufficient Address: If you provide an insufficient or incorrect address, and the courier is unable to deliver your shipment, it will be safely returned to us. If you wish to reship the order to a corrected address, you will be responsible for the associated costs. Please notify our customer service promptly if you need to update your shipping information before the order leaves our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Orders: We take responsibility for orders that arrive damaged, contain errors in quantity, or lack quality. If you receive a defective or damaged order, please contact us, and we will cover the costs of sending you a replacement order that meets our quality standards.

Unavailable for Delivery: If you are unable to receive your order at the specified delivery address, the shipment may be available for pickup at your local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipment Rejection: If you reject a shipment during delivery, it will be returned and safely disposed of. No refunds will be provided in such cases. If you wish to reship the order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the new order.

Returns Policy: We do not support returns as our products are personalized and made on demand for each order. However, if a product does not meet our quality guarantee, we will gladly send you a complimentary replacement order or provide a refund.

Packaging: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they meet local shipping requirements and have the lowest damage rate possible. Our standard packaging includes: Flat packaging for posters up to A4 (up to 100 posters per package) Tube packaging for posters above A4 (up to 5 posters per tube) Frames come pre-packed with corners and film, then placed in a sturdy box with reinforced edges and I-beams for added protection.

Delivery Timeframes: Products in stock are typically delivered within the specified number of working days displayed on our website, typically within 4 working days. If the delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days, and it is not due to customer-related issues, you have the option to cancel the purchase.
