After dark, the moths come out to play. This dark purple moth art print features a purple moth set against a dark background, drawn in a stencil-based, woodcut-inspired style with flowing silhouettes and characterful pen and ink strokes.

Delicate gold accents trace the intricate details of its wings and body, adding a touch of opulence that glints against the deep tones. The perfect symmetry gives it a geometric elegance, while the gothic palette creates a dark, mystical atmosphere. It is luxurious insect wall art for anyone drawn to the mysterious side of nature.

Making it at home

Hang it in a living room with ink blue or charcoal walls, or in a bedroom for a dramatic, cocooning feel. It adds intrigue to a hallway, a moody touch to a kitchen and dining area, and makes a striking focal point in a home office or reading room. Pair it with gold candlesticks, black velvet, aged brass, antique mirrors and lush plants. It looks especially good beside the gothic moth print, the two hung together like a pair of rare specimens from a curiosity cabinet.

It comes unframed or in a black, white or light wood frame. A fantastic gift for lovers of gothic decor, dark academia fans, collectors of the curious, or anyone whose favourite season is autumn and whose favourite time is midnight.
