Any visitor to your home should know who's really in charge. This dachshund wall art print shows a charming sausage dog lounging in a cosy armchair, a warm mug and a bone close by, ready to approve (or not) every guest who comes through the door.

The illustration is warm and homely, with rich reds, soft beige, gentle greens and creamy ivory creating an inviting, slightly boho feel. There's a playful bit of typography that sets the tone, and the dachshund's expression captures that unmistakable mix of dignity and mischief that sausage dog owners know so well.

The perfect welcome

Hung in a hallway or entryway, it sets a fun, friendly tone the moment someone steps inside. In a living room it's a guaranteed conversation starter, especially near your own dog's favourite chair. Pair it with other dog prints, warm wood tones and a woven rug for a cosy, pet-friendly corner. It also works nicely with vintage frames and botanical art for a relaxed gallery wall.

This dog lover's print makes a brilliant gift for dachshund owners, new puppy parents, dog walkers or anyone whose pet rules the roost. It's a sweet housewarming present too. It comes unframed or in a black, white or light wood frame, so you can match it to your hallway or living room. Approved by the management.
