"We Will Always Have Provence" reads the gentle script on this lavender field art print, floating above a painterly view of rolling hills and rows of purple blooms stretching towards the horizon. It's a little slice of the French countryside, painted with the kind of sun-warmed nostalgia that makes you want to book a ferry.

Soft pinks, dusky purples, sage greens and earthy beige tones blend in a rustic, brushy style, so the whole scene feels relaxed rather than polished. Think long lunches under a plane tree, the hum of bees and the scent of lavender drifting through an open shutter. As French countryside wall art goes, it's dreamy without being sugary.

In a bedroom it brings a calm, holiday feeling to the start and end of each day, while in a living room it adds a quiet focal point above a sofa or sideboard. It's equally at home in the kitchen, where it pairs nicely with terracotta pots, linen tea towels and a bowl of lemons. Mix it with botanical prints or other travel quote posters for a gentle, Mediterranean mood.

Give it to someone who honeymooned in the south of France, a friend who daydreams about retiring to a stone farmhouse, or anyone who loves European travel art. It comes unframed or in a black, white or light wood frame, ready to bring a breath of Provence home.
