Description
Description
Even the king of the jungle needs a lie-in. Regal Rest is a sleeping lion photography print that captures a magnificent big cat in deep, peaceful slumber, shot close up in black and white. The thick mane, the broad muzzle and that heavy-lidded calm are all there in striking detail, a rare glimpse of quiet majesty from an animal usually known for its roar.
What makes this lion wall art so appealing is the contrast between power and stillness. The greyscale tones, from ivory highlights to rich jet black shadows, lend the photograph a timeless, almost cinematic quality. It feels strong and grounded without being loud, so it works just as well in a soft, neutral room as it does in a darker, moodier scheme.
Bringing quiet strength to the bedroom
The landscape format makes it ideal above a bed, where that sleepy expression adds a touch of serenity to the end of the day. Style it with charcoal or oatmeal bedding, leather accents and warm lighting for a safari-inspired look, or group it with other black and white wildlife photography for a bold feature wall.
It's a thoughtful gift for Leos, safari fans, wildlife photographers and anyone who loves big cats. A lovely housewarming present too, for someone who wants a little grandeur without the drama. Choose to have it unframed or in a black, white or light wood frame to suit your space.
