Description
Description
Here's a tiger you'd happily let sleep. This sleeping tiger photography print captures a powerful big cat dozing peacefully, photographed close up in black and white so its bold stripes, broad face and whiskers are shown in striking, graphic detail. Without the famous orange, the stripes become a beautiful pattern of light and shadow.
The result is tiger wall art that feels both majestic and serene. Greyscale tones, from soft ivory to inky jet black, give the photograph a classic, timeless quality, and the calm expression makes it far more restful than your average big cat portrait. It's a lovely reminder of the gentle side of even the most magnificent creatures.
Styling ideas for the bedroom
Hang it above the bed for a dramatic yet calming centrepiece, or on a wall opposite where you can enjoy it from your pillow. It suits monochrome schemes, warm neutral rooms and spaces with jungle-inspired touches like leafy plants, cane furniture and botanical cushions. Pair it with other black and white big cat photography, such as a lion or panther, for a really striking landscape trio.
It's a wonderful gift for tiger lovers, wildlife fans, travellers who've been on safari in India, and anyone born in the Year of the Tiger. A great choice for a teenager's room makeover too. Order it unframed or in a black, white or light wood frame to finish it your way.
